How do I begin the reservation process?

What kind of events does Santiago Retreat Center host?
We host retreats, conferences and camps for youth, confirmation groups, parish ministries and families.
How much of a deposit is required?
We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your requested dates and amenities.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, our pool is seasonally available upon reservation and availability. The pool rate ranges based on the size of your group.
Do you provide food services for groups?
Yes, we provide food for all groups unless they have a professional caterer. We will provide daily meals for small and large groups. However, if you have your own caterer, then they can prepare your meals.
How may I visit the camp?
Please fill out the Contact Us Form to request a date to tour our facilities. We are available for tours seven days a week.
What forms do I need to bring to camp?
All guests entering Santiago Retreat Center must complete an “Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement” form. When registering for a specific camp the required forms will be available for completion online.
What is the insurance requirement?
We require each group to provide a copy of the “Certificate of Liability Insurance” indicating a minimum of $2,000,000 combined single limit general liability coverage as well as an additional insured endorsement naming Santiago Retreat Center.
Will my group be the only one at camp?
Not necessarily – sometimes we host more than one group at a time. You will know in advance the areas and amenities assigned to your group.
How far in advance do I need to book?
As soon as possible. Dates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We can put date inquiries on our calendar over a year in advance.
Do you have a sacristan on site?
Yes, but we ask all groups if possible to provide their own linens, hosts, wine, Lectionary, and Missal. If you can not, please let the Programming Director know. Please ask priests to bring their vestments.
Do you have a Priest on site? Yes, but weekdays only. If you do not have a priest and need one, please let our Programming Director know as soon as you register.
Does staff live on-site?
Some camp staff live on site year-round and some are at camp seasonally.
